Double Room with private bathroom and shower

3 bedroom house with a double room which includes a double bed , drawers and a triple wardrobe. 25 minute riverside walk to the centre of newcastle or five minutes on local regular bus services. Use of private bathroom right next to the room inc shower. The house is modern at the staiths riverside development on Gateshead riverside. Also use of office room with large desk and printer etc . Also have a very spacious south west facing garden.

Professional friendly household. Gay man - teacher who owns the house. Barely in weekdays and out most nights doing sport activities until late. Also, I stay at my partners place for often over half of the week (often inc weekends) . Security deposit and references to be discussed. Small Hyper- allergenic and very friendly dog at the property but always with myself when staying at my partners.

Prefer professional but may consider others so please message. Must be clean and tidy as the house is kept as this living standard.


The lady who currently rents the room has stayed for three years and is moving out due to the purchase of her own property but is available to speak too should you wish more information about the room , house or myself .
