Spacious Double Room next to River Tyne

Hi, I own a 4 bed property in the Dunston Staiths development next to the River Tyne.

There are 3 people who currently live here and they all get on really well and are pretty laid back. We have a variety of different interests and often socialise together and are looking for someone who we get on well with as well as just a housemate.

Although the house is full we all tend to work different shifts so the house is fairly quiet a lot of the time.

It's a large room on the middle floor of the house with windows fand a Juliett baclony facing East.

The house is in a really nice estate with communal gardens for BBQs in the summer and is only a short distance along the river into town or to the Metrocentre. You can walk to the quayside in about 25 mins.

OUr garden has been fully renovated for the summer and we have a firepit which we often use to sit out and enjoy the summer nights.

We are open to having anyone in as long as you are like-minded and up for a laugh and fairly clean & tidy.
