Hi, I’m looking to sublet a spare room in my ground floor spacious 2 bed flat as I’ll be extending the lease for a few more months (hopefully won’t exceed 6 months).

This flat is available for someone looking for short (anything between 1 to 6 months) or long term accommodation. By long term, I mean if you wish to renew the current lease (i. e. take over the tenancy once I leave). If you do not wish to stay longer than a few months, that it also fine. There’s a lot of flexibility involved. Please feel free to ask any clarifying questions.
