Lovely Rooms Available in Friendly House

Hello!
My girlfriend and I are looking to rent out two spacious rooms of our home. Each room has a comfortable king-size bed with a new mattress, freshly painted walls, and access to a newly renovated bathroom.
We’re seeking clean, tidy, and considerate professionals who are looking for a place to call home and who would enjoy living in a relaxed, welcoming environment. We enjoy good company and are looking to find housemates we get along well.
Our home includes a shared living room, and we’re also in the process of converting a back room into a cozy snug area, ensuring everyone has their own space when needed. While I work away frequently, Imogen is around most of the time and will be a friendly face in the house. We also have a small dog named Bonnie, so being dog-friendly is a must! With me working away a lot, we would prefer a female housemate.
Rent includes all bills, including council tax. We understand that the rooms are a bit basic at the moment, so for the right person, we’re open to repainting (Black walls aren’t for everyone) and adding furniture to make the space truly feel like home. Pictures of the second smaller room will be put up in the next few days, I’m just finishing off some renovations.
Me and Immy are clean, tidy and easy going, we enjoy cooking, board games, having friends over, watching films, going to the comedy club, etc. All things were happy for our house mates to join in with. Were also often regularly away in Cumbria, so there will be time you’ll have the house to yourself.
