Furnished room(s) to rent in Low Fell

I am offering two bedrooms (one double, one king) to let in a three-bed maisonette in Low Fell.

I have recently moved away and plan to come back approximately once per month. I am keeping my bedroom and a small room for storage. The flat is very well furnished, and each room is spacious and the bedrooms come with a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The let includes all bills, council tax, tv licence, and internet. Gas/electric are subject to fair use. There is a separate dining room and the kitchen comes with cookware, crockery, and cutlery. There is a small yard outside the property that could be used to store bikes.

There is on street parking without permits, a corner shop a few doors away and Saltwell Park is only a two minute walk. The nearby 53 and 54 buses go regularly into the centre of Newcastle and are only a three minute walk.

I am looking for professionals or mature students interested in longer stays but am open to shorter stays. The longest available let will be approximately 2 years.

I can offer video tours as well as weekend and evening viewings.

Cats and dogs are not allowed (small pets in cages or fish in tanks are allowed).
