I have a lovely double ensuite available in a spacious and newly furnished flat in Gateshead, just a 5 minute walk from the Gateshead metro station, and a 10 minute walk from the quayside.

The living space is really bright and airy, and the kitchen is a decent size and equipped with pots/pans etc.. You will have your own ensuite bathroom and the hot water is instant too so it never runs out.

The available room is quite large and has a double bed and plenty of storage, with two fitted double wardrobes and large set of drawers. There is also room to store stuff under the bed and we have access to a storage cupboard in the building for any larger items.

All bills are included (including broadband), and there's a new smart TV in the living room. The building also has secure bike storage.

As well as being close to Gateshead metro station, the flat is only a 20 minute walk to Newcastle City centre and there are bus stops just outside the flat. Gateshead Trinity Square is a 5 minute walk away with a large Tesco, Boots, Nando’s, Vue cinema etc.

A bit about me:

I work Monday to Friday in a professional role and am looking for a flatmate who has a similar working pattern.
During the evening I like to go to the gym, cook and watch tv and as my flat has a shared living area it would be good to find someone who likes to chat and chill out in the evening.
I’m pretty clean and tidy and am looking for a flatmate who would also be clean and tidy. I’m not bothered about sharing chores or making a rota, just basic stuff like take the bin out when it’s full and wash up after you cook.
I sometimes go out on a weekend but those days are getting less and less regular as I get further into my 20s! I don’t mind a flatmate who does go out on a weekend, as long as they’re quiet and respectful when they come in 😊
