Living room

This is a very large and unusual flat that it is situated in a suburb of Gosforth, called Coxlodge and the postcode is: NE3. The property is available let by the individual room. The flat is positioned above three shops and consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a large kitchen, a utility room and an outside balcony area. The property is only about one minutes walk from the bus stop and about seven or eight minutes walk to either Wansbeck Road or Fawdon Metro stations. There is free on street parking outside the property. At the present time there will only be two tenants in the property.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms altogether, all four rooms have double beds. All of the bedrooms have suitable wardrobes and chests of drawers. Each bedroom has its own television aerial point and ample socket outlets. Each bedroom has recently been decorated and had new carpets fitted.
