Self contained private room with ensuite within family home in Gosforth.

The room is a multi level space with a double bed on the mezzanine level, a sofa bed on lower level and a large desk area. an additional loft chill space with Velux windows that look to the street and to the garden. It also has a lovely en-suite shower room.

It is a very unusual and interesting space, however the bed is accessed via a ladder.

There are currently two female lodger's in the home who have a similar self contained rooms. All sharing the large kitchen/dinning space and living room. However the room available does have facility for light meals with fridge/kettle/ toaster.

As landlady I visit often and occasionally I stay overnight in a room downstairs.

I am looking for relaxed easy going person to share this home who will be happy to be part of the household, someone who will respect the other people living in the house and clear up after themselves and keep their room clean.


The location of the room is in quite area of Gosforth very close to the high street and all modes of transport. There is quiet safe on street parking with no restrictions. If you want to know anything else or would like to come to view the room please get in touch.
