Furnished double room, Gosforth with gated parking

I have a lovely 2 bed flat in the desirable area of Gosforth. There is a living room with 50inch TV, Kitchen with fridge and drinks fridge, loads of storage, bedroom with huge built in wardrobes. The bedroom is furnished and has been used for air bnb so can be redecorated if necessary. There is a washer in the flat and washer / tumble dryer in the building for a small cost.
Gated parking is available for a car and bike, the metro and bus stops is 2 min walk away.
There is Asda and Nisa round the corner with a Chinese, Indian, pizza shop and chippy (which is dangerous for my thighs!)
About me - I like to cook, i like to party on the weekends and enjoy being social but also like my own space. The flat is kept clean but lived in and i would want to share the cleaning duties. I want to have a comfortable home with someone i get on with and can have a laugh with.
