The room is double level, with mezzanine bed deck, living space, work area and en-suite shower. The home has lovely large kitchen dining and living room and a wonderful sunny garden.

The household is me Jo the home owner I am currently living away from the property but I visit and stay sometimes in the spare bedroom. There are two other lodgers Charlie and James.
You all share the large kitchen/dinning space and living room. However the room available does have facility for light meals with fridge/kettle/ toaster.

I am looking for relaxed easy going person to share this home who will be happy to be part of the household, someone who will respect the other people living in the house and clear up after themselves and keep their room clean.

The house is in a lovely quiet area of Gosforth close to the high street and metro, there is drive parking for 2 cars and off street parking with no restrictions.

This is a lovely home and a rare find on the house share market.
