Room 1

We’re looking for two new flat mates to join our cosy and social flat-share. This is an upstairs Tyneside flat, with 2 bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms, and a lovely social space. Current housemates are professionals (teacher and case worker for law firm). We are looking for anyone friendly, social, and tidy.

Room 1 : A cosy double room, with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and bookshelves.

Room 2 : a cosy double attic room, with double bed, double chest of drawers, bookshelf, clothes rail, small draw set, storage box (end of the bed).

We’re less than 5 mins walk from the metro, with easy links to town, a 5 minute walk to a Sainsbury's local, and a 10 min walk to a Lidl. We’re also close to the Freeman, convenient for any NHS workers, and there is permit-free on-street parking for anyone with a car.

All bills are included (WiFi, water, gas and electric, council tax, tv license). We have private landlords we contact directly and who are a pleasure to work with.

We are friendly and social, whilst respecting privacy and our own space. We enjoy sitting in the living room watching movies and rubbish TV, going out and chilling, We are hoping to find female housemates, who are also friendly, social and tidy.
