The room is furnished with a king size bed with a Otty Hybrid bamboo with charcoal mattress, several draw units, a chair and a wardrobe. It includes ALL bills and 1gb broadband, Virgin TV.

On the ground floor the house has a lounge and a large refurbished (2025) dining room/kitchen for shared use, great if you love cooking. On the first floor one room is converted to a small gym, one room to an office and the final room is a bedroom where live in landlord stays (AKA me). There is also a shared bathroom. Only the landlord lives in the property with a mini Labradoodle so tenant needs to be ok with dogs.

The property is situated 7 mins walk from Gosforth High Street, 7 minutes from Regent Centre Metro and 9 mins from South Gosforth Metro. It close to the Great North Road for easy access to both Newcastle city centre and the A1 by car. Free on street parking on the street outside though it does get busy you can usually park with in 20m of the house.
