2 rooms available- one double & one single.

I include all bills, gas, electric, WIFI, water, Council tax, streaming services, toilet roll, cleaning products, hand soap and household day to day stuff.

This is living with myself (Lucy), female in my 30s and originally from Brighton.
Pretty chilled house and enjoy music, furniture restoration, 420, travel and art.

Looking for an easy roommate who doesn’t mind a chat and laugh, cleans regularly and is respectful of space.
Be nice to eat together and go for a beer at the local occasionally 🙂

There is a large friendly dog on the property and a small outdoor cat. Anyone who applies for the room must be good with animals! If you are not comfortable with animals this place is not for you.

SINGLE ROOM:

The large single room is £520 all inclusive of bills.

Single room includes bedding, if wanted. Mattress only bought last year.
Shelf, under bed storage, bureau desk, drawers and bed in the room. There is also a TV in the room with a firestick inc. Amazon prime, BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Netflix and many more.

DOUBLE ROOM

The double room (with bedding if wanted) is £575 and has a double bed, desk, drawers, wardrobe and massive wall mounted TV with Netflix, Prime, YouTube premium etc.
This room is south facing and gets sun all day, it also looks over the garden.

THE HOUSE, COMMUNAL AREAS SND LOCATION

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets, dining room, living room and south facing garden.

The house is 5 min walk from the metro, 5 min walk from Aldi, close to Kingston park, close to A1, Gosforth highstreet and lots of bars and cafes.
It takes 10 minutes to get to Haymarket (City Centre), by car or metro travel.

No couples.
No kids.
I don’t smoke in the house.
Will consider shorterm lets, but terms will vary (perhaps deposit reduction and day rate increase)
