Double room in central Gosforth

We have a double room house in central Gosforth for rent. Rent is £362 pcm plus £90 bills. In addition the landlady charges £50 admin fees for references and credit checks.

We are 3 females looking for ideally another female house mate to become part of our friendly house share. We love our home and want someone to become part of it and not just share a kitchen!

The room is modernly decorated with hardwood flooring and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and a bedside table.

The kitchen has all the mod cons inc. dish washer and plenty of kitchenware. The house has broadband and cable tv which are included in the bills.

Situated just off Gosforth high street and 2 mins walk away from the Brandling Arms. It's also only a couple of minutes walk to the Regent Centre metro and bus stops.

We are looking for someone to move in from the end of August, the exact date top be confirmed as landlady wants to do some touch ups in the property. If this sounds like you please get in touch.
