2020 Student Pre-Lets

Hello Party People!! Whopp whoop! You've fond my advert. Well done you, give yourself a pat on the back. If you're double jointed then that's not a problem...... alternatively find someone else to pat your back, just not too hard.

I'm Ian - nice to meet you. I don't consider myself to be a letting agent nor a landlord. Lets just call me a maverick letting person. Like some kind of ninja warrior of the letting world.

What I do is to manage a handful of properties in Heaton and Jesmond for a couple of lovely landlords who - for some reason or other - trust me not to muck things up for them.

Go figure.

Any the hoo, I have got a few properties available for pre-let for Summer 2020. And they're dead nice!

I've got flats and houses from 3 - 6 bedrooms. and LOADS of free stuff for you when you move in. Mainly consisting of booze and food and stuff.
