It's a 30 minute walk to town or the bus 62 and the 1 are a 2 minute walk away. 2 minute walk to Sainsbury's and Heaton park. It has 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen space, front and back garden with a bike shed.
Friendly bunch of students ages 20-27 studying at both Newcastle university and Northumbria. Deposit of £100 and £50 agency fee.
