This room is in a great location but super quiet and affordable (200pcm!!). It is in a flat with two lovely housemates, one PhD student and one contemporary dancer. Buses regularly go into town from 30 seconds across the street, and there are great coffee shops and supermarkets under 5 minute walk away. Universities are about a 20 minute walk away, town about 30. It is brilliant value for money and in a really cool area. I enjoy living here and will definitely miss it! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
