Hey! So me and 3 other girls have found a lovely house in Heaton. I have videos i can send if interested. Its £120 a week, bills will be around £20 a week. Council tax is band B. Currently 1 student and the rest professionals. We would prefer young professionals to join to share costs of council tax however 1 more student would be fine! Damage deposit is also only £200, which is a much cheaper deposit than majority of homes in the area.
Lovely group of girls. All seem friendly, sociable, clean and pretty laid back x Looking for people who are also friendly/social but chill :) Lads welcome also.
The 2 rooms available are a slightly smaller size, however, I have been to view and still a nice size with some walking room, videos available. Rooms have built in wardrobes, bedside table, chest of drawers and desk.
