Room for Rent, 2 Bed (Heaton)

Relocating from this wonderful house just off Heaton road. Gutted to be leaving as its such a great location and price. Looking for someone to take over my side of the tenancy for July 10th (I will leave a week earlier so if need be can move in sooner). Looking someone who is easy going and would like to become good friends with Paul (current flatmate). My flatmate (25) (guy in the centre of the picture) is outgoing, clean and trust worthy. Plays football for a small team and is a big football fan. Likes to go to the gym and play tennis and paddel in between. Unlike me he is quite active but doesn't change anything. Likes to watch TV (Rick and Morty, Shogun, the usual good tv shows). He's very easy going and just likes to chill and enjoy the small things in life like going out with friends, pub, etc.

The flat comes with a driveway for parking out the front. But there is also free on street parking. Neighbourhood is very safe and about a 30-35 minute walk to Newcastle Train Station. The flat is partly furnished (inventory such as bedroom table, living room tv are on my side. The rest belong to Paul/I). The bedroom isn't huge but it gets the job done. To compensate their is the larger part of the office where you can work from home as well as a big living room and large garden. There is very close public transport (Heaton Road) with the number 1 bus taking 15 minutes max. As well there is the metro stations nearby but its about a 10 minute walk, usually better off taking the bus. Lots of great shops, pubs and restaurants too.
