I am going travelling and needing someone to take over my tenancy from January. The double room is super spacious and has an adjoining room for wardrobes and drawers that also doubles as an office. There’s Two bathrooms as well. Just off chillingham road it’s super close to all kinds of amenities, and is around a 20 minute walk from Asda and the metro. The bills are around £114 a month, so in total it’s £479 a month. Currently 3 other girls live here who are all working professionals, were sociable and enjoy spending time together watching a movie or going out for drinks but also appreciate some down time.
