Coast Road

Nice warm and quiet room at the back of the house. Built in wardrobes and a new-ish carpet and bed. I don't hear much of the traffic from the coast road, although it is next to the shared bathroom.

Well suited to a climber or surfer, there's a climbing wall in the garage which also has space for tools, bikes etc.

New windows & doors so it's a pretty warm house although the living room / kitchen gets a bit cold at times.

The kitchen is a little shabby but it's nice and clean and has a big gas cooker.

There's an extra room which is great for storage and we use as a drying room with the dehumidifier.

There's a nice sized garden to the side of the house and a driveway for parking (although it's quite steep and narrow). Otherwise parking on street is OK, just tuck in on bin day.

Housemates are two very easy going and tidy guys. The landlord is generally very 'hands off' but there when you need something sorted. Bills typically average about 150pcm.

I'm sad to leave but the time has come to move in with my Partner.
