Heaton room at Chillingham Road

It is a two floor flat, there are 4 bedrooms, one is for guests, and 2 bathrooms. The one I'm renting is downstairs and highlighted in the floorplan. The two rooms on top are occupied by 2 very good friends of mine, I'm just moving with my bf so that's why. Marcello (30 yo, works) and Matthew (25 yo, PhD student). They are lovely, clean and organized, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. We are looking for someone of similar age and vibe.
The flat is in Chillingham road with easy access to the metro and buses (1, 62 and 63). There are many nice restaurants and pubs around, and also supermarkets (ASDA, lil Sainsbury's and lil Tesco, not far from Lidl). There is also NRG gym 6 min walking distance.

WiFi and water are 62 per month, so basically 21 per person. The gas and electricity varies around 110 (winter) and 60 (summer), so 37 and 20 per person. It is important to say that no one works from home, so that's why it is quite cheap. If you are going to work from home and use the heating more, that will potentially increase.

In terms of rules, nothing is necessarily strict. The guys take care of cleaning upstairs bathroom and rooms and normally hoover the sharing areas when necessary. The bathroom downstairs was basically mine, so it was my responsibility to clean it when I thought it was needed, which will be your responsibility if you rent it. The kitchen is always kept clean, so always wash the dishes when you finish and give the hob a clean if you make a mess. The bins are taken downstairs when full. I either took it if I had time or sent a message in the house group if I couldn't. In terms of receiving people all was communicated, but no specific rules. Just let everyone know if someone is coming and if a lil meeting or party was to happen just agree with all the tenants. We agreed of not bringing loads of people on late night because of the neighbours and because everyone works in the morning.
