Double room available in student house - takeover

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over the spare rooms in my house as my friends are moving home after university. These 2 rooms are in a 4 bedroom student house in Heaton, really close to university campus and a bus stop and metro station a 30 second walk away from the house.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and plenty of storage. The house has a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom/toilet and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, air fryer, garden and free parking at the rear of the house.

You’ll be living with 2 friendly students who are both in third year of University studying Psychology and Marketing at Northumbria. They both keep very much to themselves and the house is very quiet and clean.
