Beautiful dbl room in huge Heaton house

The room available

I’m relocating back to the North after 20 years living in London and around the world, and have just secured a huge house in Heaton. I’m looking for one professional housemate to share the space with from the end of April.

The room available is a large double bedroom and comes furnished with a bed and drawers, with plenty of space to add a desk if you work from home.
The house itself is spacious and comfortable, with a huge living room and an enormous L-shaped sofa that is perfect for relaxing after work. There’s also a second room that may become a small studio/creative space.

A little about me:
I work in the creative industry (film / art direction) and will occasionally travel to London for work. I’m clean, respectful and enjoy a calm, friendly home environment. I like being social but also appreciate quiet evenings. I am also up for a random dance in the kitchen and general silliness.

I will also be moving in with my very friendly (and very round) cat called Pickle, so you must be comfortable living with a cat. She is extremely affectionate and will likely adopt you as her new best friend.
