Looking for a really nice house?

A bit of background: we are renting out our old house - we moved to have a garden for our son :-)

The house is large and has been recently renovated. Its modern and has with four double bedrooms which are available to rent immediately. Would definitely suit folks looking to buddy up and we are keen that those interested in renting would have an opportunity to have a say over subsequent housemates as it is really important to us that the balance is right and people can get on and socialise with each other. One room has already been taken.

The house is very handy for Chillingham road and is close to transport links.

The house has both a dining room, living room and breakfast area - so tonnes of communal space for good conversation!

The kitchen has a great cooker for the Jamie Olivers and there is dishwasher as well for the lazy folks...

The garden patio is ideal in the summer - south facing and secluded. Great for chilling out with a glass of wine or a beer.

There is a main bathroom with bath and shower, with separate WC. On the top floor there is a shower room with WC - all recently rennovated.

All the rooms are doubles and come with cupboards, bedside table and of course a bed :-)

There is also plenty of storage as well as a separate utility which can store bikes (and can be accessed from the back alley directly).

There is a cleaner for communal areas every fortnight.
