Single room in Heaton with one other professional

Hi

I have a 3/4 size bed in my ground floor, tyneside flat to let in the popular area of Heaton. The bus into town stops at the front door and we are 2 minutes from the highstreet with a choice of shops restaurants, pubs and metro link. I also live in the flat and am a professional in the NHS so work 9-5 Monday-Friday. I'm away most weekends so you will have time to yourself.

Short term lets are welcome. As you will see from the pictures its a home not a property developer's 'white cube' so it will depend on your taste as to whether its what you're looking for. Although its not a party flat I think I'm pretty relaxed to live with. Professionals/mature students would probably work best. Pets are welcome.

Although the room is not huge it has a wardrobe and there is an empty garage/outhouse outside where you can store extra stuff that you don't need daily. There's a bike you're welcome to use and the same goes for the piano.
