I own a 3 bed house in hebburn walking distance to all local amenities, gym, pool, metro, bus stops to both newcastle and sunderland walking distance to the siemens factory for any interns. House has had a brand new bathroom and toilet fitted. Room available-includes sliding door wardrobe, double bed and storage. Must be OK with animals I own 3 outdoor cats. Prefer non smoker although would consider smoker if happy to do outside only. I'll be happy to answer any questions 😊
