Currently looking for a FEMALE PREFERRED roommate to house share longterm with myself. I own a 3 bed house in hebburn walking distance to all local amenities, gym, pool, metro, bus stops to both newcastle and sunderland walking distance to the siemens factory for any interns. House has had a brand new bathroom and toilet fitted. Room available-includes sliding door wardrobe, double bed and storage (pink room) Room 2 (taken) includes king size bed sliding door wardrobe and alot of storage (grey room). Must be OK with animals I own 3 cats. Prefer non smoker although would consider smoker if happy to do outside only. I'll be happy to answer any questions 😊
