The house is split over two floors and you will have use of a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a huge lounge with plenty of seating and television. Each bedroom in the house has their own en-suite and is fully furnished to a high standard with large wardrobe, bed, desk, and chair.

The property is really looked after by the current tenants and the landlord to ensure that it feels homely.

This home is fully managed by Fraser Grant, with a central-Jesmond based office and maintenance team.

All bills (gas, electricity, water and council tax) are included in the monthly rental price and the internet is split amongst the house and equates to about £4-5pp.

Located on Osborne Avenue, you are a short walk from the nearest metro station and bus links at the bottom of the street. A 15/20 minute walk into the City Centre with shops, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep make this a good base for any professional.

This is not a party house, but the current flatmates are a good blend of professionals who like to socialise but everyone has their own space.
