Right next to the no.1 bus route, and other bus routes going into town, Cog and Wheel, Geisha and other pubs/cafes are within 2 minutes walking distance. 10 minutes walk into both universities, 10 minutes to Ouseburn, City Center and the Quayside. Budgens and Nisa Local are two minutes from the building, and Tesco is a 5 minute walk, which is right opposite a pharmacy as well.
