Looking for someone to take over my double room with ensuite as i have internships opportunities back home/ travelling.

ROOM INCLUDES

SHARED AREAS
- Kitchen/ lounge area (oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen table, sofa, TV)
- Separate cupboard with washing machine and dryer

LOCATION
- Close to popular student bars (room is located at the back so minimal, if any, noise at night - bars close at 11pm anyway)
- 10 minutes walk away from West Jesmond metro
- 20 minutes walk away from Northumbria campus
- 25 minutes walk away from Newcastle campus
- 5 minutes away from Waitrose and Tesco

HOUSEMATES
- We are a friendship group of 5 girls so you will be living with 4 girls who are all lovely, tidy and respectful <3
- All the girls are at university and theres a nice balance of staying in / going out

RENT
- £138 a week (includes TV license, water, wifi)
- Paid quarterly £1794 (30th jan & 30th April - believe you can request to change it to monthly)
- Tenancy ends: 13th July
- Gas and electric paid monthly £72.84 (given back whatever we don’t use)

NOTES
- No pets (landlords request)
- Permit on street parking if necessary (£10)
- Don’t really have an exact date but can be available from anywhere from mid December- end of jan.
