As one of our flatmates has just moved away from the UK, we are looking for a flatmate to move into their room and take up their portion of the rent (until the end of the tenancy 10th July) in our 3 bed 1st floor maisonette in West Jesmond (council tax band B). The house is an upper maisonette with a decent sized shared living room, a back yard, and a newly refurbished toilet with a new shower. The room itself is a mid sized room with a desk, shelf and wardrobe.
You’d be sharing the flat with two engineers (23 and 24 years old). We’re both pretty laid back and tidy, just looking for someone who we’ll get on well with and welcome into the flat. We like to do things as a flat but also respect personal space and privacy. Ideally we would want a new flatmate to be another professional/working person.
We both enjoy the outdoors, bouldering, surfing and the odd night on the town.
Please message me with any queries, or if you are interested in coming for a viewing.
