Double room in Sandyford

Hi everyone!
My housemate has gotten a new job and she's moving down south, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in Sandyford from the beginning of June.
Rent is £500 and council tax and bills are around £150 a month (rent might go slightly up in June)🏠 The landlords are lovely, and they fix things promptly.
The flat is next to Aidan's Kitchen and Little Lobo. We have an outside space, 2 spacious rooms, a shared living room and kitchen and bathroom.
I'm looking for a professional, ideally around my age, so mid to late twenties/early thirties. I'm quite sociable and would love to do stuff together while also having our own lives.
This flat has been a home, and I'd love it to remain that way
About me, my name is Fatima, I’m 29 years old and I work full time. I’m quite active (I play hockey and go to the gym). I’m very social. I like any girly kind of activity: arts and crafts, walks in the park, coffee and pastries, going to the beach, trips to the pub, nights out, nights in… you name it!💐
