Double room available in Jesmond: £135 a week

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my room as I am moving back home as I am from Newcastle so just want to save some money!

The room is a very spacious double room with great lighting. The house is an all girls 6 bed house - the girls are aged between 20 and 21. All of the girls are super friendly and welcoming, they love nights in and also enjoy nights out and doing wholesome things together like Sunday dinners.

The house is only a 5 minute walk to Jesmond metro, lots of local busses and a 15 minute walk into town as well as a 15 minute walk to the main Osborne road, 10 minute walk to Northumbria university and a 20 minute walk to Newcastle University . So the location is great as it’s in the middle of everything!

They are looking for a student (students only as there is no council tax) from ages 18+. Bills aren’t included however they are only £47 a month for all bills. The house is brilliant value for money. The kitchen is a decent size and the sitting room is big with a tv.
