Hi! My girlfriend and I have lived in this flat for the past 2.5 years and absolutely love it. I’m off travelling for a few months, so we’re looking for someone to take over my half of the tenancy from 4th May (willing to wait until 4th June for the right person).

The room is a bright, spacious ensuite double, fully furnished and benefiting from plenty of natural morning light. It will be fully cleared before move-in.

The flat features a large living area and open-plan kitchen, and is located on a quiet, well-kept street (not a typical busy Jesmond student street). The neighbours and landlady are genuinely lovely and very helpful.

You’ll be living with a 25-year-old trainee solicitor who works Monday–Friday (typically out 8–6). She’s friendly, tidy, and a joy to live with. We’re looking for a female young professional only (no students) who is clean, respectful, and a good fit for the flat and us. Ideally, we’d like to meet before moving ahead with anything.
