Ad ref# 2670414

THIS PROPERTY HAS JUST BEEN FULLY RENOVATED. It is decorated and furnished to the highest standards. We believe this is the best there is.

Stunning large professional ensuite rooms and Studios in a houseshare (with own living area, huge smart TV, ensuite, coffee maker etc in your room) in spacious and upmarket house. (Available 28th July to 6th September 2023 only)

Decorated and furnished to the highest standards for tidy profs and post grads in their early 20s to mid 30s. £115 to £125 £49.50pppw bills. Ideal for short lets as contracts must end early September.

Amazing breakfast kitchen, with huge range oven, two fridge freezers, two washer dryers, stunning communal lounge with 65’ inch 4k smart TV and a 55" in the lounge! Power showers and if you are into your coffee, a coffee machine for the perfect lattes and espressos etc. . Fastest broadband and there’s a rear outside area with seating and feature grass walls, all illuminated in lovely colours! Bike racks to lock bikes. Ideal for friendly and tidy young professionals and great also if you are new to the area. (If you're new to professional house sharing, you don't have to be a clinical clean freak, but out of respect to housemates, you always have to simply clean up your mess and not leave it for others to work around or clean up. If you can't do this, these house shares are not for you) There's also a mini home gym and even a little bar in the garden area!!

If you are a non smoking, tidy, friendly and respectful professional in the luxury market for highest end house shares and studios, hopefully I can help. Walls floors and ceilings are heavily insulated for added privacy and quietness, ideal if you're a medic, flight crew, shift worker etc. There's black out blinds and fantastic new mattresses for a perfect sleep. Fixed bills too at £49.50 per person per week, so there's no confusion over who owes what. The properties are available now but contracts must end on or before 6th September 2023.

Tenants have a mix of careers and you’ll never see more than half (around 3 people) at once. So you have a lot of space and luxury and it’s very sociable (but not party houses). The housemates generally have a complete mix of careers, working for local and multinational companies in and around the area.

There is a social side and housemates can live in their rooms and studios when they want privacy, lockdown, need to catch up on their work, have a guest etc, but mostly socialise in the lounge, kitchen, conservatory or garden...which is great if you are outside the area, lots of new friends away from work. The lounge has huge 65” inch smart TV that's like a little cinema (if you’re not watching your large smart TV in your own room/studio).

Working from home? There is so much space. Working from your bedroom / studio, lounge, breakfast kitchen, conservatory, front garden or the feature garden is ideal. As the walls, floors and ceilings are insulated beyond regulations, you can work and relax in peace. All the rooms have large top of the range smart TVs, many bedrooms have sofas too. There are no uncomfortable issues over bathroom sharing with lots of others, it’s all ensuite. I'm happy to meet your requirements, if you need a larger desk, smaller desk, desk lamp, more shelves, drinks cooler, coffee machine etc. it's never a problem. Room radiator airers are provided to dry your clothes and if you need to isolate stringently, we can provide hotel style wardrobe hanging iron and boards and if you feel you need to completely isolate we can provide the likes microwave ovens, kettles, toasters etc. and with a cooler fridge, so you have your own food preparation area.

If you’re worried about your devices in the house, we can provide a digital room safe and if the house is empty, we can have regular contractors call in and check on things and create visual activity. As well as superfast wireless wifi throughout the house, the rooms are prewired directly from the Virgin fibre optic in the street, so if your work requires a secure cabled wifi network only for your use, it’s already cabled up, ready for you. If you are at work and for example just one housemate is home working every day, heating all the house, there’s no worries or disputes over heating bills and who owes what, it’s hassle free and simple fixed bills and twice weekly cleaning ladies.

And if you need to avoid public transport the properties are ideally located in central Jesmond, so you can easily walk or cycle down Osborne Rd straight to the hospitals, Unis and city centre. Superbly located, abundance of amenities are metres away. Walking distance (or 1 or 2 stops on the metro/tube... but also easily and quickly walked) to all the hospitals, universities and the city centre. It's a few bus stops away to the Quorom / Cobalt etc business Parks at Silverlink.

The stunning and huge Jesmond Dene, great for walkers, runners and mountain bikers with the cafe, restaurant and pets corner, is a just a few mins walk. The Exhibition Park with the boating lake, museum and Wylam Brewery centre is also minutes away. On a Sunday morning if you fancy a change from the dene or the pool, gyms and local amenities, head down Osborne Road, keep going and you'll find yourself at the vibrant Sunday market on the Quayside, (hard to park, get your trainers on).

Jesmond is an upmarket village with lots of great bars, cafes, restaurants, gyms and loads of shopping. It’s is a safe, leafy, buzzing and a friendly upmarket cosmopolitan place. It has a happening vibrant city feel, where the actual big city, unison hospitals are just a short walk or a few stops. You can also bicycle (or get the metro/train) to the coast and countryside. The business parks are very accessible. If you are new to the area a Jesmond houseshare is a great way to meet people

I've been a professional landlord since 1987. I have a great maintenance team at your disposal 24/7. I was pleased to win NESH landlord of the year for the last two years. I'm a NLA registered landlord and I genuinely care about the safety and comfort of my customers. I try never to increase rents even if you stay for years. I'm not constrained by large company budgets and slow red tape and if you have any special likes or requirements, I do my best to provide help.
