I have a small double room for rent in Jesmond. The rent is £80 a week ONO, for the right person. The let would be minimum 3 months from the beginning of Nov 2019!

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardbrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.

The house is spacious and has a large bathroom (which will be newly decorated) and kitchen. There is a front garden and back yard and parking to the front of the property. There is also a nice sized living room. The house would be perfect for an Erasmus student or someone working a placement due to the close metro and bus links. My last flatmate was a PHD student, so it would be perfect for a PHD student too!!

I am currently in full time work in HR.

I'm quite a sociable person however not really a party animal. A few nights out but more nights in with dinner suits me well. I respect other peoples space and privacy and have found my last three flatmates on spareroom and I have made some lovely friends.
