Double room in professionals house with all bills

Hi,

I'm the owner (live-in) of a house in High West Jesmond/ Gosforth, Newcastle, looking for a new tenant. All bills are included in the rental, including council tax, water, gas, electricity and I’ve recently had full fibre broadband installed to the house with download speeds of 800mb and upload around 600-700. Great if you’re working from home or a gamer.

I'm a 1 minute walk from the Metro (Ilford Road) and 1 mile from town. There is no trouble parking on the road as the house faces a field and therefore there are few cars (this also accounts for how quiet the house is). There is also no Controlled Parking Zone so no parking permits. The Metro is so close, you can see it from the back room.

I’m looking for a professional as it's all professionals here at the moment. There is a spare room, so guests can be accommodated.

There are two shower rooms with toilets, 3 bedrooms, a smart kitchen. The area is nice and quiet, plus there is a shop at the end of the road alongside a cafe.
