Hi! I’m Nadia, I have a 3 bedroom house where I live part time (I work in Sheffield about 70% of the time), and there is another male housemate (chef).

My single room is available immediately. It is small, but there is a lot of storage, desk, and a trundle bed. (Brand new stuff as I just turned my home office into this room :)

You have full use of the whole house, garden living room, kitchen, pantry, parking, etc.

We’re in Kingston Park, 6 minute walk to the metro line, 18 minutes to town (12 mins driving). There is a bus stop right outside my door (x47 and 6), the Kingston Park shopping area (5 minute walk) and the A1 (under a mile).

You get full use of the house, (kitchen, living room, garden) and all the kit inside :)

Bills included: council tax, gas, electric, water, net, and a cleaner every week for shared areas. We don’t have TV license as we use streaming services.

Oh! And we have a dinky rescue cat called Mya who is so chilled - and honestly, usually travelling with me!
