This is a recently renovated beautiful huge house. With large comfy rooms .

This is not normal type of house share because the house is been arranged on 2 levels one for guys and one for girls, with only 2 girls sharing thier own bathrooms and seperate tiolet
The house is private and quite amazing how quiet the house can be its highly recommended for viewing if you are used to living with 2 or 4 people.

I have individually put a lot of thought into guys and girls needs in the rooms.

It has a kitchen with everything you need lots of storage and refrigeration the living room has a fabulous views from the balcony.

The house is close to all amenities and a good bus route north , south , east or west.
