Double room in central low fell flat with cleaner

My names Hannah and I live with my little dog Rita. Rita is a perfect lapdog for any dog lovers. She is quiet and doesn't shed but very much a 'dogs on the furniture' kind of household so anyone renting would need to be a dog lover.

I own a vintage clothing business and have a few other part time jobs that I juggle alongside this so I am often out and about but I do not have a set routine.

Rita is not often left alone in the house and I usually drop her at family members houses whilst I'm at work. If she is ever left, she would tend to just go to sleep and it would only be for a few hours.

As we would be living in close proximity in the house, it's important that we are a good fit. I do have a TV in my room and happy to give space and not take over the living room all of the time but it would be nice to find someone to watch TV and socialise with.

Due to the flat being quite small, I would prefer someone who does not work from home, occasional homeworking is fine but due to me working different shifts, it could end up us being on top of eachother a lot.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared. There is a small dishwasher.

I have a cleaner who comes fortnightly on a Friday afternoon. Cleaning of your room can be included but is obviously optional.

There is on street parking, it can get a little busy but there's always somewhere nearby.

There are good transport links into Newcastle city centre and you can drive in 10 minutes.

Walking distance to centre of Low Fell for pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.
