27yr Old Male Seeking Flatmate for 2026

Hey, I'm Michael. I'm a 27 year old, full time worker, and I've been at this property for 2 years now with a flatmate I've known since we were kids.

Unfortunately, he's had some difficulties with his employment and won't be able to renew our tenancy agreement in January. Fortunately, LetSafe have agreed to a renewal providing I find a new flatmate.

That's where you come in. I'm not picky when it comes to flatmates, beyond general cleanliness and consideration for others. I work 40+ hours a week, and I'm enrolled in a course with The Open University, so my time that isn't spent studying or working is usually spent watching or playing something, or spending time with family.

With the flat being unfurnished when we first moved in, my current flatmate and I split the furnishing, me fitting the kitchen and him the living room. Since he's moving out, the living room will need some new furniture which I'm happy to buy in the first few months of 2026 :)
