It is very close to the city centre. Both Northumbira University and Newcastle University are just a 20 minute walk through the city centre, and with Newcastle Central Station just around the corner, students can travel to Sunderland in under 30 minutes.
The flat is £125 per week and this includes bills, it is a 51 week contract (September to September). It is a studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom inside.
