Hi

I’m a 32 year old advanced practitioner that works at the hospital, Spend my spare time climbing, mountain biking and skydiving. I’m more into chilling out than partying heavily.

The house would be shared by you and I currently, You’d have your own double bedded room, It's spacious and has multiple areas for storage, it doesn’t have an ensuite but the bathroom is big and I imagine with my shift work we wouldn’t have any issues. I’m away for around a week or two each month when I go to see my girlfriend who lives in Germany so you’d have time to yourself but I’d be up for doing stuff when I’m in the UK both outside sport or watching a film.

Rent would be £400 including bills (tv, internet, gas, electric, water and I have a cleaner that comes in Thursday mornings that does the hoovering and kitchen and bathroom which would also be included)

There is a driveway for parking, local bus routes and I’m 2 minutes walk from the metro centre so easy access to the train or to local amenities.

The house has a garden, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, garage and has broadband and a large tv in the lounge.
