Hello! We are moving out of Newcastle and our room will be available from January 12th. The apartment is located just behind the Millenium Bridge, by the quayside, in the Milk Market apartments. It is 10/15 minutes walk from the centre, there is a Tesco express 1 minute away and several bus stops.
The apartment is quite big, to share with an Italian guy. It is fully furnished and has a television, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, new granite kitchen countertop, all kitchen utensils, etc. Everything very new
The room itself is quite large, it has a double bed and an en-suit bathroom. There is also another larger bathroom to share in the flat. The closet is huge and there is also a chest of drawers and extra shelves.
The price is 450 £ per month + bills. AVAILABLE FOR COUPLES TOO!
There is a parking space in the property that you would be able to use for no extra cost too.
