The house is in a perfect location as you can get to city centre in 10 minutes walking, buses also come near every 5 minutes.
The house is pretty good as you can see in the pictures, you can confirm it when you come for a viewing!
I have cat in the house at the moment, hopefully this shouldn't be an issue, unless you're allergic to cats or whatever.
We are mostly working during the week and are pretty sociable, we tend to be in the living room watching tv or having some food when we are in the house. He keep the place clean and I would like you to do the same.
