Hey, thanks for looking. My flat mate is moving out so her room is coming available 1st April.

I’m Ben, I’ve recently moved up here and I’m looking for someone to live with who is keen to be friends, chill / cook together and generally be great housemates. I’m easy going and don’t need for much, just some time in the kitchen to whip up nice food. I’m out a lot of the time so there’s plenty of space.

The house is a lovely 2 bed semi with front & back garden, private parking and garage, a spacious lounge with a big TV and 2 comfy sofas, which links to the kitchen with a nice 5 piece gas hob, kitchen table & chairs and a storage room. There are double doors from the kitchen into the back garden and courtyard.

The house is fully furnished and you can choose either the larger, front facing double room (with lots of storage/cupboard space) or the smaller room to the rear. The rent is approx 350pcm excluding bills. (The house as a whole is 695pcm).

I suggest the larger room contributes a little more than the smaller room. Also, you can choose either room, I've no preference.
