Studio room in step house (Stepney lane) that I’m looking for a replacement tenant for. It has kitchen facilities and an en suite as well as a big desk and wardrobe.
It’s £128 per week with all bills included and a £250 deposit, but if you would prefer it cheaper I can arrange that with Step House (I will pay them the amount agreed; they won't allow you to move in if I haven't paid this amount, so no risk!!) There is only £2,552 left to pay. This works out to be only £98 a week if moving in this week (March 3rd). The tenancy ends early September but the length can be negotiated to fit you.
It’s open for professionals and students and is a short walk from Newcastle city centre. This may be a good option rather than flat shares due to Covid! Thank you :)
