I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at mansion tyne Newcastle. It’s an excellent location on the quayside. I absolutely loved my first year living there and am only looking to move as I’ve found a house for me and my boyfriend, I haven’t stayed there this year at all so the room is also brand new.
It’s super close to uni- walking distance and my flat mates are all super lovely and friendly! It’s on en suite room too. Payments will be 1615 twice as I’ve paid the first rent.
