2 bed 2nd floor flat in St. Peter’s basin (Newcastle quayside) 5min walk away from the ouesburn. Local pub/coffee shop & nice views of the marina & river at the end of the street.
With various scenic walking routes

25min walk into centre of town or there’s a Q2 bus service every 15/20min which is £1.80 & take about 5-10min into town

5 minute drive & Plenty of parking available if you do drive

Double furnished room but I’m flexible if you have furniture you want to bring/swap/move some around etc aswell

I’ve tried to decorate the flat to a good standard & make it feel homely rather than just somewhere you live. I’d like to think it’s decorated tastefully & neutral for either males or females.

Flat consists of entrance hallway, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with bath & shower, kitchen, large living room/dining area & storage cupboards

I’m 34 self employed professional, often working long hours during the week. So ideally would prefer someone who’s not wanting to have party’s all the time. But the odd occasion/weekends is fine. Bonus I use to manage bars for years so can knock up some great drink

I try to keep the place tidy & presentable so would like the same from a potential Flatmate

I’m into my classic cars, Vw’s, camper vans so often try to get away/out at the weekends in the summer months. It would be nice if a flatmate became a friend who fancied the odd trip away camping etc. Or even just the odd walk or beer in the ouesburn afterwork
