Looking to find a student to replace me as the current standing tenant as I am leaving the university. The accommodation is ran by Unite Students, and the onsite staff are extremely happy and helpful. I have moved out of the room already, and you could easily move into the room within a week. (Dependent on Unite Students)
The studio room is a generous size for being in the city centre, and is located on the Northumbria City Campus - opposite the Law and Design Buildings.
All Bills are included, along with 70Mbps broadband (with the option to upgrade to 100Mbps for extra)
The room is fully furnished, including: An En-Suite bathroom with shower, toaster, microwave, kettle, oven, desk and more.
